Header Direction needed
 

I'm trying to make my store and site all match so that the navigation is easy and that it looks uniform.

I am looking for some direction on how to make it work. What I'm wanting to do is in the header there are 4 records, each record has a name for the various sections of our site (Forum, Gallery, Store, Blog). They were designed so that the "neon" sign appears to be off and when you roll over it they pop "on". Can this type of header be added to Xcart?

How do you animate the header section, like a simple img roll over, IN my header?

You can use css for this - a and a:hover with background images to get that effect
BTW I am looking at your site right now on a widescreen laptop with 1280/800 resolution and your header image is taken almost all of the space. You should consider reducing it to probably 1/3 of current height

I agree, it's huge, we have not adjusted anything yet, we were just seeing what it looked like up.
