Invoice Page Help

I would like to change the header section in the invoice page so that it shows the store information in this format:

Store Name
Address
City, ST ZIP
Country
Phone # Only
Email Only

Currently here is what is shows:

Store Name
Address, City
Zip, ST
Country
Call Us: Phone #
E-Mail: email address

Can anyone help me to determine which page to edit to make these changes?

This page appears to be for the customer section on the bottom... When Iview invoices as an admin I need to change the right section on the header...

Just use webmaster mode then - that will tell you exactly which template you need to change.
