Noticed MYSQL issue anyone help

I have the following error showing in mysql for xcart_categories I havent changed anything here does anyone else have any ideas on this?

It is save to delete the second one. Actually there was one more table with duplicate index but could be fixed in your version

Yea well tried to remove "am" gave errors in admin area. That is not safe to remove. :(
