One Page Checkout Issue

I'm having a small problem with One Page checkout. The totals it is showing on checkout are not matching up with the totals of the basic "YOUR CART MENU"

Your Cart shows: 93.44

One Page Showing: 202.47

I only noticed this happened when I gave a specific membership level a discount.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
