Move site lower, side menus lower and WYSIWYG not fully working
 

I'm starting a new site and have a few basic questions in 4.2.1. I want to move the entire site down roughly 20-30 px so it doesn't start at the very top of the screen. Also, I want to move the side menus a bit lower (categories, best sellers, help, cart, authentication). Finally, my WYSIWYG editor pulls up but none of the text attributes pulls up with it, i.e. font size, bold, etc. Thanks in advance for your help.

in main.css
set #header top to 20px;

and increase margin-top for #content-container by 20px

to move menus down add padding-top for #left-bar and #right-bar

As for WYSIWYG it's not enough information to solve this.
