Adding Code to Menu

I would like to add some code to the right side menu of my main page...above Your Cart. Can someone tell me which file that would be? I've been looking all over for it and can't find it. I found it a while back and made changes to it but now I can't remember which file that was. It is the same file I can move the login box above the your cart box and vs versa.

That would be skin1/customer/home.tpl
Look for <div id="right-bar">

I searched for that string within that file and it didn't find it.

Any other suggestions?

Why not use WEBMASTER MODE?

Use webmaster mode to locate the templates involved on any page.
