Skin Installation fatal error

During new skin install fashion_mosiac_blue I receive this fatal error message.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function module_generate_snapshot() in /home/heartlc1/public_html/xcart/include/install.php on line 651

I am not sure how to correct this error. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The install does not complete, however when I go to the customer home page the new skin is there.

Is this a 4.1 install or a 4.2?
(signature says 4.2, but posted in 4.1 thread)

Sorry. I have the Version 4.2.1 upgrade installed. I have tried to install the other skins and have the same error message.
