Items not being added to cart
 

Running 4.1.11, I have a weird problem (obviously after I've done something to a template).

While running anything other than IE, when I go to www.shopnaturally.com.au and try to add an item to the shopping cart, the cart remains empty.

If a user registers or logs in first, the items are added just fine.

I have a support ticket in at x-cart, but the initial reply was that they can't replicate the issue.

1. Can anyone verify they're having the same issue. I have found the issue in Firefox 3, Safari for Windows & Google Chrome.
2. Has anyone seen it before and know how to fix it or what template i should be looking in?

I have modified both the skin1/customer/main/cart.tpl and also skin1/modules/Discount_Coupons/add_coupon.tpl files, but I restored them back to original and it's not fixed.

I have since discovered that something in my config.php file was causing this issue, but it's not happening on every install of x-cart of mine, just some of them.

In the config.php file:-
$xcart_http_host ="domainname.com.au";
$xcart_https_host ="domainname.com.au";

I had the www. in both of these, and when I took them out the issue went away. Is it bad protocol to have the www. in for this part of the config.php file?

As an addition to this problem, altering the config.php file and removing the www. has caused issues with my install of CDSEO Pro.

Anyone know how to fix this?
