Site News

Can anyone help me please. I have added site news included all required fields. It is active and still on my homepage it says "No News" under the news section. Why is this? I want to show the subsciptions form and site news that is not available for subscription. How can I do this? Is this a bug?

In your News List:
Is "Available for subscription:" Yes?
Is "Show messages in site news:" Yes?

In your Messages for the News List:
Is "Show as news:" Yes?
