Invoice with terms & conditions?
 

hi, I'm new to this software, and it would b a great assitance if you can answer my question. The problem is that my boss want to be able to forward invoice with terms & conditions to the customer after the payment is made, and wondering how I can achieve that?

Firstly welcome to x-cart!

The system automatically sends emails to the client at various stages of the order process, depending on what you have set in Email Notifications.
So they get an email when they place the order, and then when you process and/or complete it.
These emails all contain a copy of the invoice. This is all done through the email templates in skin1/mail/html.
So it's just a case of editing one and adding the terms text to the email.

I edited the signature template, and think got it to work. thank you for your assistance!
