Drop Shipper Module Disappeared!!!!!
 

I have the BCS drop shipper mod installed- or did. For the life of me, I can't find it in the backend! We moved the site to a new server and everything has been running smooth for a while now. I need to get in and change something in the drop shipper, but it seems to have COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED.

The drop shipper is still getting the emails and I need to stop that, because we're using Shipworks now.

So I guess the question is, has anyone else had any disappearing modules?

I can't remember who we bought this from, so I don't know who to ask for support.

are you sure it's disappeared or perhaps just the link to it from admin has gone.
try running from admin,
drop_shipping.php

e.g yourdomain.com/admin/drop_shipping.php

I looked and the page didn't come up. I looked in the database and the tables are there. I should reinstall it and if I have to, reinstall the two tables associated with it and see what the results are.

If the tables are still there, try just uploading the php files to see if it works.

Ok, I wanted to update everyone on what happened.

We applied a new skin. That was the issue, because I forgot the skin needs to be tweaked. With the new skin in place, the tweaks were not there.

I made the tweaks to the new skin (re-installed it) and we got the problem solved.
