need help with alteredcart one page checkout
 

Hi,

I set up everything as far as i know correctly.

Also tested my store using the default checkout as recommended by alteredcart

To test your store using the default checkout add &co_disable=Y to the end of the URL. Example:

www.<yourdomain>.com/cart.php?mode=checkout&co_disable=Y

You can then switch back to the One Page Checkout with this URL:
www.<yourdomain>.com/cart.php?mode=checkout&co_disable=N


Everything works perfect when using default checkout, but when i switch back to one page checkout and try to place an order this happens.

I add products to my cart and go to checkout, when on one page checkout under Shipping Method it says " Sorry, there are no available shipping methods for your location" Please remember that everything works 100% under default checkout.

I thought maybe its because i did not enter billing/shipping information, I do so but still the shipping method won't refresh automatically.

Now I know customers will go crazy and I will end up getting 100s of emails with complaints if I decide to go live.

Moving to Third Party Add-ons. Have you opened a ticket with Alteredcart?

Do you have any idea what the problem could be?

Did you open a ticket or mail them? If you opened a ticket, be patient, they will respond.

You have to LOGIN to the Altered Cart system to open a ticket.

Create an account in their store, then you can login.
