How/where to modify customer home page text
 

I am working on a Mac, so I am not able to use the webmaster mode to edit. I have been using dreamweaver to edit the css and tpl files, which so far is working well.

I am trying to identify which file contains the home page paragraph on the customer site...the one starting with, "This is a demo store....to replace this text go to webmaster mode.
