WYSIWYG editor - Not Working

WYSIWYG editor is not appearing correctly in my site.

The description box appears as two boxes in my site wherever the WYSIWYG editor is integrated..
Could anyone find me a solution and post it as soon as possible.

Do you have any mods installed that would have affected that area?

Thanks for your quick reply.
I made it to work.
Just by replacing the original code from the skin1_org. Thats works grt.:D
But really don't know what went wrong.
