Need Help Creating New Mule
 

Note: typo in the title module not mule :D
Hi:
I need to make a warranty registration form for our site. each time customer fill it out, the info will be sent directly to our email. similar to the contact us form we already have in xcart, just add another one and make some minor changes and turn it into a warranty registration form. how do i get that done?

problem solved, i created a html form linked to a submit php, working well.
another question, since i dont want to post too many posts here: i need to add bizrate picture link to customer email receipt, so they can rate us later, i already add one to the website receipt page which is the order_message.tpl, so which file do i need to edit if i want to add one to the email receipt, the one that will send to customer?
