Page title 4.2

I'm trying to figure out where to put the page title. I'm thinking it's customer/home.tpl, but I can't seem to figure it out.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

I would also like to know how to change the title on the main page to one that is keyword rich without having to change the company name in the admin panel.
