Write It Once Shopping Cart Assistant - Alternatives to T-Hub

Anyone using alternatives to T-Hub?

I have found a decent lower cost method ($100) that works for low volume stores. "AddressGrabber". It eliminates the cut and paste of customers into Quickbooks AND other programs such as contact managers and salesforce.com (which is way cool, by the way.) But, it is limited for x-cart.

As my store is ramping up I am trying to plan my next move up, so I am looking at the T-Hub types of alternatives.

There are "eCommerceConnector" and "AaaTeX Shopping Cart Integrator"

Support seems to be a major issues with these. I did some followup with these alternatives and the communication from the seller's were not great, even at that stage, let alone support.

We were having issues with T-Hub and could not get support so we opted on giving Write It Once a try. There is a free trial available and the company calls you on the phone and walks you through the set-up process. I was about 3/4 of the way through when T-Hub support finally got back to me and fixed the issue we were having. As we didn't need 2 programs we did not proceed with Write It Once.

I will say that if there comes a point when T-Hub will not work, Write It Once is the first place I am heading.
