Does any one know how to modify this mod please.

Phil kindly installed it for me but I can't seem to get hold of him to modify it :( :(

It is showing up as this http://akuawood.co.uk/product.php?productid=153&cat=2&page=1 but I want blank tabs in modify product to enable me add my own information.

I am in the process of updating my site and would really appreciate any help.
