Uploading Thumbnails and Detailed Images
 

I am having problems uploading thumbnail images in 4.2, X-Cart keeps saying that it cannot save. I've tried uploading as well as generating a thumbnail and it still won't save. Detailed images is another problem, it let's me upload the image and says it is successfully saved then it desappears once I move on. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Do you upload images by FTP or use admin back-end?
In any case check the permissions and ownership on the folder images/T

Use Admin back-end for images. Checked permissions and they seem to be set properly.

They need to be world writable - 666. What are they set to?

I've received the same error all of a sudden, it will save the product data but says it cannot save the images. My image dir is chmoded to 777

Not sure what's going on...

My image directory is set to 755 and the subdirectories are set to 711 and I can upload ok.
