Re: Breadcrumb in 4.2.0 not working with Firefox
Did you change any tpl or css files? It works fine for me but if you change the class for it, it could be falling under some of the other elements

Yea, working fine on the demo, so this isn't a bug. Moving to Template Editing.

I added an image to customer/home.tpl and changed a few things in skin1/main.css but nothing relating to the breadcumb trail or so I thought. the trail works in internet explorer but not in firefox. |

With a CSS-based template, even a small error in the stylesheet (a missing ; ) can cause major damage to the layout. I'd back out your changes until you get it working again.

Re: Breadcrumb in 4.2.0 not working with Firefox
Any idea where to start looking in the style sheet? as I am sure I have only altered colours and heights of content containers, also used webmaster mode to alter some text.

Try saving your current stylesheet and uploading the 'stock 'one and see if that fixes it.

It is the height - on the head container or content container that is making your links not to work.

Thanks Steve it was the margin-top: on line 295, I had lowered it to bring the header contents down, I just made it bigger and the breadcrumb works ok, not solved getting the header contents lower though. |
