Replacing category icons

I have a ton of categories, I want to replace all of the icons with one particular icon, is there a way I can do this easily, maybe in one place? Going through one by one in the admin would be too time consuming. Thanks!

You can try to manually query the database Mysql set for all categories of the same file (picture), but I think this decision will not be very good.

How many of your categories?
30, 100, 1000?

Maybe 250-300 categories.
