Ruby Mods Currency not updating

Hi...
I have the Ruby Mods Currency converter but it has stopped updating the exchange rate...has been stuck at the same rate for days despite the fluctuations...this is the second time it has happened ...anyone know how to fix it ??

Waiting to hear back from Adam but he usually take s 1-2 weeks to respond...need this fixed now.

Hi Michelle,
We replied the same day you submitted the ticket on our support system and now we have the ftp info we will be taking a look.
Our turn around is much quicker these days :)

If you can get back to me that would be great also. Seems like the install has no list of currencies. Is this the same problem?
