an interim product page
Hi!
My current site has a list of product vendors, and when you click on one of them you get all the products from that vendor listed alphabetically. Some of my vendors have several pages of products (it's a yarn store) because each particular yarn line comes in many different colors. So, let's say you select Rowan as the vendor, you get 15 pages with 30 "products" per page or 450 products, but actually what you have is about 40 products in a bunch of different colors. What I would like is to be able to click on a vendor and have page come up that lists the 40 Rowan products, which you can then choose to click on and just see that product in all the available colors. How could I do that? Thanks! |
Re: an interim product page
you simply need to use product variants...check into your PDF manual on product options and create a color variant. This will allow you to create sku's for each color as well as include different pricing, images and weight for each variant.

Re: an interim product page
Thank you! Do you know whether we can apply variants after the fact? Or will we have to start over?
