Menu: Display category and product items

I would like to make the following menu:

Category 1
*Product 1
*Product 2
*Product 3
*Product 4

Category 2
*Product 1
*Product 2
*Product 3
*Product 4

Where category will list all products in the category and the product will link directly to the product details page.

Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
