Page Titles - Show subcategory only
Hi all -
Having a little trouble here. I'm trying to display titles on each page. Currently, I am using {$current_category.category}. This works fine on top level categories, but when your in a subcategory, it displays: category name/subcategory name I would like to be able to just display the subcategory: subcategory name Does anyone have any ideas? Also, is there a way to be in a subcategory and display the top level category only. Say you were in a subcategory it would display: category name Thanks, Justin |
This is available as: {$current_category.category_name} i believe

I need help with this.
I would like to display the subcategory OR Root category that a product resides. The display would come in the products.tpl template. Trick is I want to strip the slashes and either the parent or child categories from the display. So if I had a product in Potato/Chips/Salt & Vinegar, it would only display Potato or alternately Salt & Vinegar. Anyone? |
answered this in the other post :)
