Is anyone using "On Sale" module

I would like to know someone is using the "on sales" module.

I would like to see examples of how other websites are using it. Please feel free to offer ideas or methods of usage

Please don't double post, I have removed your second post on this topic.

I have many clients using it - what exactly did you want to know?

Moving to Third Party Add-Ons.

Thanks for the quick response....(I won't double post). I would like to see other websites that are using this module for examples of usage and ideas. The more examples I have the better.

Thanks,

Ah, can't help you there. Perhaps you should ask the mod vendor for some stores he has permission to distribute as examples.

I am. www.angelgifts.com. We are giving $10 off a $75.00 order using this module - works great. We haven't gone too deep into it, and it's not for the faint of heart, but it works for what we need. I wouldn't get it if you aren't good at testing

Ironically, I am looking for information on this module because I am having a problem installing it on another site. The new site is heavily customized, so I understand why there are problems.

Hi Matt:

Yes, I have been playing with and there are many problems probably because we are heavily customized too. We are removing our CSS skin and installing everything a new. I hope by tommorrow. We already starting using it and you can see some of our sales at stonetooling.com.

I don't know where you bought the module but from what I here the developer can be reached through alteredcart.com. I have only heard good things about him.

All the best,
Daniel

After going home and eating dinner i found the problem. Apparently, selecting "All Catagories" instead of selecting nothing for the sales requirements isn't acceptable. Whoops! Now it works.

I bought it through alteredcart.com. I try to buy the mods from the programmer.

However, be careful there is a difference between selecting all the categories manually and having it "select" them all by default. Probably makes more of a difference when products overlap.

With my promotion this was throwing addition items on sale because it was over counting them.
You may never run into this issue, but it does make a difference.
However, the other issues I have yet to resolve.
