Editor disappeared in webmaster mode.
 

Hello,
after much searching of this forum yesterday and reading a ton of the manual, I have decided to post and see if anyone can help me.

I am trying to edit the Terms & Conditions page within the Webmaster Mode.

I have done this for the Privay Policy page by going to the page clicking on the verbage and a window pops up with the selection of default editor or the WSYG.. editor. So I added the text in the WSYG editor. I proceeded to the Terms & Conditions page to do the same had it all done and then hit save and looked at the page and the page was empty. So I clicked on the area again and now a box pops up like before only it does not show the selection for either editor and has a very narrow box next to it.

I seem to have lost those editors. Can anyone point me to a thread to read about this or give me some insight as to what happened any why I am not able to add more then one line of type now to this page.

Or can I find the txt_conditions_customer file to edit directly.

Currently the box reads
Name: txt_conditions_customer
Value: with a box next to it
Preview Save Cancel

You can find txt_conditions_customer in the languages section in admin.
You can also edit the text of "terms and conditions" by using that as a filter term.

Go to "Languages" and in the upper left there will be a drop down menu that says "Language: select one". When you select your language the page should refresh and you will be presented with two boxes, "Select topic:" and "Apply Filter:". Put some text in the "apply filter" box (like "terms conditions") as mentioned above. You should see several options to edit that contain those terms. Choose the one you want to edit and when you are satisfied scroll to the button that says "update all" and click it.
