Credit card processing page?
 

Which template controls the page that shows while the credit card is being processed. Not sure how to better describe the page...it's the page that shows after you enter your credit card number and hit submit..the page shows for a few seconds while the site is waiting for authorization from the payment processor.

I want to change this page as it does not match the rest of my site and looks a little unprofessional.
