Does anyone know how to create a 'blank page' ? I have a few pages that need to be created and i'd love to follow on using the template. I've tried a few ways like renaming the help.php and trying to go from there. Still hasn't worked too well for me :( any advice on how to do this ?

Just use embedded static pages in the 'static pages' area :)
