Show Products with Extra Fields on Product Page

Hi I would really appreciate some help here pls...

If I have a product Belonging to Main Category and two additional categories....

- Main Category
- Additional Category 1
- Additional Category 2

On product page I would like to display 3 more products for

- Additional Category 1 & Additional Category 2
