Edit Home Page Content
 

I am trying to edit the content within my homepage, not the template itself. Does anyone know which file the home page is called? When I view source I can see the entire page, however I cannot find the actual file to edit.

Hi,

When you want to change the welcome text within your homepage you need to edit the language variable related to the welcome text. Just go to: admin> languages, choose your language from the dropdown box and use the "filter" box to search for: txt_welcome and edit that content

If you want to change the layout of your homepage then you have do change some templates and/or CSS files.

Products shown on the homepage are featured products;
Go to categories scroll down and select featured products at the 'Root' level of categories, they will show on the homepage then.

Thanks for the help. Let me explain exactly what I want to change. Under each featured product, it says "save" and then displays the percentage off of the regular price. I would like to change the percentage to display the actual dollar amount instead. I figured it would just be easier to manually change each one instead of reprogramming the cart.
