How do I change the top banner?
 

Hello,
I'd greatly appreciate if someone could provide any assistance in changing the top banner. I'm currently using the Artistic Tunes, Fragrance skin and would like to change the image of the woman to my own logo.

I've discovered that the file is called 'top_image.jpg' however even when I upload the file, the website doesn't change....

I'm currently using Xart 4.0 and have moderate exerience in html and php coding...

I've exhausted all options....any help would be fantastic.

Thanks both for your help, I've updated my signature....
I have changed that file already and the change still doesn't take place. Any thoughts? What .tpl or .php file includes the top_image.jpg image?

Ok, thanks Karen, but that isn't the exact version. Need to know exactly which one you are using - you can find it in your 'summary' area of the admin.

If you aren't seeing a change, it is probably because the template is cached. Clear out the contents of your templates_c directory and see if it shows correctly after you do that.

I've just opened http://kjponline.com/xcart/skin1/images/custom/top_image.jpg
That is original image. Make sure you changed the right image.

The top image is assigned in skin1_c.css file. Line 1487.

I have updated my correct xcart version - where would I find the templates_c directory?
Where is the 'skin1_c.css' file, or is there a typo in that?

The file located directly in /xcart/skin1 folder.
