Add custom Menu Bar
 

I would like to add a custom menu bar with links to different categories. I would like to place the menu bar on top of the search bar. I have tried creating a tpl call banner.tpl and then calling it on these templates head.tpl search.tpl top_menu.tpl and it seems to kind of work but will through off all the other tables and not fit excatly on top of the search bar. I have also just tried putting the html in the same location with the same results. That is part 1 part two, I would like to add some java to make some rollover images work with this. Now for the third is there a way to specify the menu bar per category so the page they are on it will show the rolled over image/ selected button. Any help is greatly appreciated.
