X-Cart forums - Display Product Rating

For the life of me I can't figure this out.

It seems to me that if you have a section of the product area where visitors can rate the product that it would automatically (when the module is turned on) show what other customers thought of the item (ie: the average of their votes) but so far I can't figure out how to make that show up.

I can get the voting drop down boxes to appear on the product page, I have even added a default vote rating for some via csv, and it doesn't show up. Searching the forums here I find links to some mods to make stars show up as per customer rating... but what about the default that x-cart provides. I ASSUME they have a default display of customer rating ... otherwise what is the point of even having customers vote/rate items?

Anyone know what gives? :?
