Help if user is using proxy the message "Contact the store administrator
 

Hello,
Many of my customers place the orders while they are on work & in many companies the net access is available through proxy only & if user is using proxy while placing an order the message display to them " you are not allowed to checkout .Contact the store administrator.... & thier ip blocked by x-cart system.

I have added many customer's IP as trusted in an safe list under admin but still they are display the same message but x-cart doesn't display the valid reason to them.

Anyways what php file/template I need to change if I want allow to complete the orders even if customers are using proxy ?

You need to turn off the proxy blocking in your Stop List options.
