DSEFU and html catalog

I had DSEFU mod installed yesterday. Then last night I ran the html catalog. oophs!

Will the DSEFU mod overwrite my mistake? Do I need to go into the catalog folder and remove all? I don't have a clue as to how this all works.

Delete the catalog, you don't need it if you are running DSEFU.

My deadline to open is this weekend and I am afraid to make any more mistakes! Without a doubt a good web designer is worth every penny they ask!!
