Search Form and Search Results on same page
I've managed to show the Advanced Search form to the left of the search results except for the Manufacturers list box. I assumed that if was all on the same page everything would show, but I'm wrong. Apparently, $manufacturers is empty when products are listed on the page. Everything shows up when I go directly to "search.php" but not when the URL has "search.php?mode=search".
Is there a workaround for this? I'd really like to give the customer the opportunity to "search again" without having to go back to the main search page. Thanks, Tony |

Re: Search Form and Search Results on same page
Thanks for the quick reply Yurij, but the problem is not with the advanced search not showing, only the Manufacturers select box disappears. To see what's happening, go to -
http://ebubbles.aitg.com/search.php Expand the Advanced Search and search for any Manufacturer. You'll see in the search results the Manufacturer select box is gone from the search form. Thanks, Tony |
