Email Templates: Customize the "From" name/email?
 

I've pretty well found my way around the email templates, but I'm having trouble finding how I can change the appearance of the "From" email that shows next to the initial subject line.

Now, the email "From" displays the raw email from my Company Options:
myemail@mydomain.com

I want to customize it like this:
My Name/Company <myemail@mydomain.com>

(The important part that I want shown is the Name or Company)

Is there a template where I can customize this? I've tried typing the above format (My Company <email@mydomain.com>) into my Company Options... but it looks like that area only accepts raw email addresses.

Any thoughts? Thanks!
