Unlogical design issue about template
Hi All,
I am facing with an unlogical design issue. http://www.emperialnation.com/store/home.php This is the website. When you click on "Shopping Cart" button before adding a product to the cart, (http://www.emperialnation.com/store/cart.php) the design stays as it is. When you add a product to cart, template design of checkout page changes to x-cart's default version. I don't understand that. Can you help me with that issue? Thank you |
Re: Unlogical design issue about template
That's the fast lane checkout module. Either turn it off, or skin the templates to match, which are in the modules/fast_lane_checkout folder.

Re: Unlogical design issue about template
Thank you very much, I turned the module off. now everything works fine except one thing. After I entered my USPS shiping API, web site started to give me an alert which says, "this page contains both secure and non-secure items. do you want to dispaly the non secure items?"
How could I get rid of this? It might be confusing for customers. Thanks |
Re: Unlogical design issue about template
That means you have something called insecurely in your template - i.e. with a hard-coded http://.
And I don't really recommend turning the fast lane module OFF as it is a better checkout method than the default X-Cart one. Just need to make some design changes to it to match your site. |
Re: Unlogical design issue about template
Got it. I will try to define, what the problem is. And also thanks for the recommendation, I'll try to match it to the site.
