Customers cannot see available points in profile or history
 
I have 4.1.9 and it was set up for me I believe with the customer reward points mod. Here is what is happening:

They can click pay with points, see a sentence that says they have "xxx" number of points, they can put it in the box. It gets applied and they move on to checkout. It works.

HOWEVER, nowhere in the profile, history etc can they see how many points, what they are worth, how many they used etc.

ALSO, in admin I can bring up the names, see points, apply and take away, and put a note to myself. However, if I go back under there name I never see my notes, therefore cannot see if I applied points and for what reason.

I have it set to apply points to dollar amounts spent.

Does anyone have some suggestions on how to resolve the seeing of the points, useage by customers and for admin?? Thank you

Are you talking about the BCS Engineering Reward Points module?

Yes, it is the BCSE reward module

Ah, moving to Third Party Add-Ons. I would open a ticket with BCS to address this issue.
