Hi Guys,

Ok I am in a total rut here and I am about to swear my head off at these pains in the butts but I am refraining myself and being polite but enough is enough.

I purchsed the X-CART Customer Cart Log Analyzer from X-Cart-Plus.com on the 6th of May and I still to this day have not heard from them!! I have no mod, my money has gone and I have tried and tired to contact them but still nothing.

Has anyone else had this trouble with them??? And what are your suggestions about getting my mod or my money back when they don't even respond to me. I am getting so so mad now!! :evil::-x:mad:
