intergrate a php faq script to open in x-cart main window
 

I need help, i do not know how to get this little faq script to open in the main window of my cart like all the other pages using x-cart templates. To open the FAQ page i have to go to http://www.stitches4u.com/faq. It will open it up in a new window outside of x-cart which I do not like. It looks like it is opening a file called index.php from the stitches4u.com/faq directory.

Please help if you can.
