'Static page' showing with file extension in 'url' and 'help menu' - problem!
When i create a static page. (eg example.htm) and enable it to show in 'help' menu - the name shows as 'example.htm' in the menu. Is it possible to have the name as just 'example' or a custom name.
Also the file extension appears in the url. See here http://www.passionexplosion.co.uk/Measuring-Guide.htm-sp-22.html I tried saving without the .htm or .html extension. If i do that it doesn't show up in the admin section under static pages. See example here http://www.passionexplosion.co.uk/Measuring-Guide.htm-sp-22.html I can send you my help.tpl and pages_menu.tpl code if required. |
Re: 'Static page' showing with file extension in 'url' and 'help menu' - problem!
You just name the static page what you want it to be called in the 'Page Name' area. The name of the html file has nothing to do with how it is called.

Click on one of the names, you'll see where you can edit it :)
