Vertical Menu Title Background Images
 

I want to add a background to my Vertical Menu Titles. I have no doubt that there is a posting for this however I cannot find anything.

Effectively I want to add an image to the Menu Boxes behind the Text titles. At present they are just plain colours.

Any help appreciated,
