Please help this is driving me crazy!!!
 

Ok I've pretty much figured out were all the directories are to customize my cart the only thing I can't find out how to change is the feature item bar........It's normally ORANGE on un-altered xcart's.

Can someone please let me know how to change at least the color. Is it in my Skin.css or what.
