blank "contact us" email
 

i've so far been able to design/mod my entire cart without having to ask a question on here. I've searched and found most answers thus far. I've now reached a problem I just can't resolve and can't find any similar issues in this forum (granted the search engine isn't the best).

I've been live for a couple weeks and haven't noticed this issue until just now- whenever a customer uses the contact form, i get an email, but subject and body are both blank. I thought that a few customers had just sent blank messages, but after a few i was suspicious and investigated. i've tried reverting to default files for both help/contactus.tpl and mail/help_contactus.tpl but to no avail. I receive orders and other communications just fine (i turn HTML off, but use internal mailer).

Any help to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated. i run version 3.4.3 on a commercial hosting server (all up-to-date software). My URL is http://www.coffeesiphons.com

I'm really getting desparate as i can't figure this out. could someone at least post their (working) code for the .tpl's so i can try something?

Have you tried copying include/help.php over your existing one from the installation archive? :?:

that was one of the first and also last things i've tried but still nothing
