All of my secured (https) pages load with the following address: -

https://4thknox.au.com/mywebsiteetc

This is causing site navigational problems and will no doubt scare potential customers.

Would someone be kind enough to suggest how to get rid of ⌠4thknox.au.com■ please.

Hello,

Are you with netregistry? That URL sounds like their shared SSL URL.
The only way to get rid of that is to get your own SSL certificate and update the config.php file to use your own domain name after you have your own SSL certificate installed.

Yeah Netregistry. Just opened the store (change of name and host) and about to arrange SSL cert so problem will be fixed.

Net registry only allow GeoTrust SSL's, cheapest one is $139.

For anyone who might be interested, Netregistry support advise that https://t4knox.au.com/ can be removed by deleting the corresponding folder inside the ▒secure▓ folder on the FTP server.

It stinks that Netregistry only supports SSL certificates sold by them, a bit like being held to ransom.

It is unfortunate there aren't more quality hosting options down your way...Zeus and the slow speed of NetRegistry's servers just makes it difficult to run X-Cart as well as it can be run.
