oops accidently deleted something!
 

I was in the midst of updating the language files and I accidently deleted the "lbl_news" one....I tried adding a new entry but nothing happened when I pushed add changes...........can anyone help me here please?

Also, I find that when I visit my site, it loads fast...but the more i visit it, it gets slower....is this normal? Or maybe im crazy

Before seeing your response, I actually went in the sql database and added a table there to myself...phew...was afraid I was going to mess something up:)
