Shipping Mod Question

How hard would it be to place a check box on the shipping address part of the checkout, that a customer could check if they were shipping to a commercial address.

General Settings ->User Profile Options

There is a place to add new fields at the bottom. "Section" let's you choose to put it just in the shipping section and "type" allows you to choose a checkbox.

I tried this, but it does not show up on the one page check out. I will email bill on that though.
