can someone interpret this error log for me
 

I am wondering if these errors could be contributing to my lack of orders. Can anyone tell me what any of these mean?

These are logs of hacking attempts looking to exploit vulnerabilities in earlier versions of xcart. You are likely not being single out here, it's just noise of automatic searching for a vulnerable site, and if your patched and up to date, this particular attack will not be successful. Rubyaryat
